Welcome to 20’s Plenty, the not-for-profit organisation that supports 700 local groups making their community 'better places to be'. We ask for a speed limit of 20mph to be normal in residential areas and in town and village centres, with exceptions where appropriate. We are apolitical and we work with anyone wanting 20mph. We receive no government or political party funding.

This year's annual conference keynote address from the Minister for Transport, Fiona Hyslop MSP featured a commitment to 20mph on all appropriate roads in Scotland by 2025. This was followed news of the successful progress of 20mph in Europe, London and Wales from Jenny Carson, Jeremy Leach and Phil Jones. The afternoon featured more detailed discussion about how best to implement 20mph, based on the experience of people in Scotland, Wales and other parts of the UK. |
